The Seek Common Ground Collaboration Network
In a Seek Common Common Ground Collaboration Network, we bring leaders from community-based or statewide organizations together from across the country who are working on similar issues into a learning community. Often these communities have never been networked before and the opportunity to engage with peers on ideas and issues of shared interest can improve and accelerate practice, as well as provide a supportive community of practice.
Seek Common Ground engages Collaboration Networks by:
Hosting a Slack workspace as a place to connect virtually with questions, resources, and connections throughout the network experience.
Facilitating monthly Zoom meetings, and in-person to connect and share their expertise around challenges and strategies for moving their work forward with each other.
Connecting leaders to each other as well as external experts as opportunities and requests arise.
Meeting with each leader (with the Seek Common Ground team) one-on-one to build stronger relationships and a better understanding of each organization to leverage their expertise in the network, and beyond, and build stronger relationships across the network.
Providing networking and speaking opportunities.
Co-creating shared resources for members and the broader field.
