Seek Common Ground Leadership Collaboration Network
Seek Common Ground launched the inaugural cohort of the Leadership Collaboration Network in December of 2022. The goal of the Network is to support leaders who seek to transform the sectors they work in, to build trust within their communities and, by extension, create more responsive and democratic systems.
The Network provides space, funding, and expertise to empower, connect, and support a diverse cohort of leaders, all of whom have participated in previous Seek Common Ground Action Accelerators and share a commitment to making their leadership and community building practices more democratic. Using The Open Systems Institute’s Principles and Practices, participants “practice” democratic leadership through simulation and reflection.
