Claudia Quintero is one of Seek Common Ground's co-founders and currently serves as Senior Director where she supports education advocates and community leaders across the country as they build diverse and impactful partnerships to improve student outcomes in their local contexts. Claudia currently manages the Immigration is American Collaboration Network (IACN), a network of 16 organizations from across the country who support immigrant and refugee families in schools and communities. Her background as an immigrant herself, and seeing the power of the community and networks that supported her family in establishing a new home in this country to thrive, makes this work particularly meaningful and resonant. Claudia has also managed multiple Seek Common Ground Action Accelerators and Collaboration Networks on topics such as leadership, whole child approach to education, COVID-19 recovery, and measurement, assessment, and accountability. Claudia served as a Senior Associate at Achieve where she managed the Coalition Support Network consisting of over a dozen state-based education advocacy coalitions nationwide. Prior to that role, Claudia helped manage a network of Latin American business leaders heading multi-national corporations at the Group of Fifty. She earned a Master's in Public Administration from The George Washington University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
