• Organizational Background: Hopewell Health Centers provides access to affordable, high quality, integrated health care for Ohioans. HHC offers a wide range of services, which includes comprehensive behavioral health care, dental health care, and primary health care.

• Project: HHC launched “Camp Hope” serving 35 families with children from birth to pre-K in Athens and Gallia counties. Through Camp Hope, community support workers provided weekly services to promote resiliency for caregivers to better prepare them and their children for transition to school in the fall.
